Wishcasting Wednesday - Accomplishments

Today's Wishcasting Wednesday question from Jamie is spot on!

What do you wish to accomplish?

I wish to accomplish developing routines that support and nourish me, and by extension, my family.

One of the healthiest times in my life was when I had a routine that was almost monastic in it's development and implementation. I loved knowing that each day would start and end in a specific way. I would have certain days to do certain tasks instead of rushing all over creation to get it all done today. I had time and energy left over to nourish myself more deeply and truly.

This is my goal and my wish - to find the spark within me again to develop a healthy routine for this stage of my life and to support myself with the familiarity and freedom it gives me.

I think routines are important too...they give us structure for our days. Check out www.zenhabits.net for some ideas. As Sulwyn wishes for herself, I wish for her also.

As Sulywn wishes for herself, I wish for her also. I too look for some structure and routine in my day. Then when something spontaneous and crazy presents itself, it is special and I truly enjoy it because it not the way I usually live my life

As Sulwyn wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well. I definitely like structure too and am coming to the conclusion that I need to get up earlier if I want to accomplish all I want to do in each day.

This made me think of something dear to my heart - polarities. The poles of order and chaos (i.e. creativity) are interdepdent opposites - we need both to be whole. So a wish that will bring wholeness! I love it! As Sulwyn wishes for herself, I wish for her also.

Oh, yes ... rituals, routines are so nourishing ... they support our chaotic days and give us solid ground to touch and to center ourselves. Thursdays are "spa days" with my 5 year old and we look forward to our bubble bath in the "big tub." I try to start each morning with just 5 minutes of reiki ... or just to touch the earth after walking the dog. Little pauses in the day to remind me of its sacredness.

Fantastic wish! As Sulwyn wishes for herself, so i wish for her also.
